LUKE DAYNES - CHAIRMAN AND TRUSTEE
Luke is an entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in business and property.
He started his career in London, launching his first business in 2004, a specialist recruitment firm that became a leader in its field. In 2012, Luke switched focus to property development, co-founding a successful commercial property development business in 2015.
Luke brings a strong understanding of property and construction, alongside extensive experience in sales, marketing and capital-raising. He is a passionate advocate of helping disadvantaged children through education.
He has a BA (hons) from Bath University and speaks 3 languages.
PAMELA PARKER - STRATEGIC ADVISER
Pamela is an Occupational Therapist who has worked extensively in hospitals and the community in the United Kingdom and South Africa.
After having children she worked in recruitment and hospitality gaining knowledge in management and organisational skills.
Having traveled widely and seen poverty in the third world she has become a keen campaigner for children’s education.
She has witnessed how one schooled child can often free a whole family from the grip of unacceptable hardship.
WILLIAM DEBOOS - TREASURER & TRUSTEE
Based in London, Will is Indigo Children’s Fund’s treasurer.
He has over 10 years’ experience in the financial sector working for a number of multinational banks. Will brings a strong experience of markets, investments and associated financial risks.
Will is passionate about creating a better chance for children born with little opportunity.
He holds a BA (hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham and speaks 3 languages.
LILY MCDOUGAL - TRUSTEE
Lily studied to become a doctor at the University of Exeter, gaining her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree in 2019.
Lily has over 5 years of clinical experience working as a junior doctor in NHS hospitals across London, Northern England and Scotland, and has now chosen to become a GP with Special Interest in child and female reproductive health.
Lily has taken part in medical aid projects and volunteered as a teacher in Nepal, Ghana and Kenya, experiencing how childhood education can transform the health of populations for generations to come
QUINTIN CLOVER - DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS
Quintin is at the heart of our charity's daily operations, overseeing the smooth running of activities and ensuring the successful fulfilment of projects across the globe.
With a wealth of experience in financial services, he sets budgets and manages each project from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
His leadership and commitment continue to be instrumental in achieving our goals and expanding our impact globally.
